Stops for refreshment, a cooling shower under the waterfall and for swimming in an inviting natural pool.

Timing of the itinerary is approximate and depending on the walking abilities of the participants. Some years, the waterfalls can be reduced to a trickle of water during the months of February, March and April.
This trip is not allowed for children under 8 years old
The trail is challenging, sometimes steep, rocky and slippery. Total distance is ca. 6.5 km. Conditions are steamy hot. It takes ca. 4 hours, with breaks included, to finish the trail. This trip is not recommended for young children (we put an advisory minimum age of 8 yrs.), obese people or people with a heart condition. Flip-flops or open sandals are not allowed.
WHAT TO BRING:
Shoes fit for hiking on challenging terrain (flip-flops not allowed)
Swimwear for those who want a refreshing shower under the waterfall or a plunge in a natural pool,dry t-shirt for after the trekking.
