You'll hop on board a speedboat to take you across, and once you’ve donned your helmet, freewheel through rice paddies, farms and mangrove forests. Then, you’ll tuck into a picnic on the beach before rounding the day off pedalling back along the east coast to take in impressive views of Phang Nga Bay
